Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate assigned routes using provided GPS technology
- Efficiently sort, scan, and deliver packages within designated time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery exceptions promptly
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable personal vehicle (if required by DSP partner)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
