Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated regional routes with predictable schedules
- Inspect and maintain vehicle systems to ensure DOT compliance and operational readiness
- Accurately complete electronic logs, manifests, and delivery documentation
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Report maintenance issues and perform pre/post-trip inspections
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient in electronic logging devices and navigation systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to stay 3-4 nights per week on dedicated routes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside troubleshooting
