Responsibilities
- Use the rideshare app to accept ride requests and navigate to customer pickup locations.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during the trip.
- Collect fares securely through the app and handle cash payments when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle and ensure it is well-maintained and fueled.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and traffic regulations in Allegheny County.
- Provide excellent customer service and be polite and professional at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for route changes or ride cancellations.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major accidents or DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
- A reliable vehicle in good working condition (4-door cars preferred).
- A valid, up-to-date insurance card and registration.
- A compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a stable internet connection.
