Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders across Plano and surrounding areas
- Maintain a 4.8+ star rating through exceptional customer service
- Optimize routes using our GPS-powered app for maximum efficiency
- Complete vehicle inspections before each shift to ensure passenger safety
- Report maintenance issues promptly and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and FlexiRide's community guidelines
- Track earnings and mileage through our driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capabilities
- Personal vehicle (2010 or newer) with 4 doors and clean interior
- Passionate about customer service and flexible work arrangements
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic knowledge of Plano geography and surrounding areas
