Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain assigned box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Manage logistics planning, loading/unloading procedures, and on-time delivery compliance
- Maintain accurate trip logs, vehicle inspection reports, and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Optimize route efficiency to maximize daily mileage and revenue
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Arizona transportation regulations
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Excellent time management and customer service abilities
