Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Detroit metro area.
- Pick up and drop off parcels at the designated distribution hubs and customer locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring packages are delivered with care and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately log delivery information, including time stamps and proof of delivery, using our mobile app.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery work.
- Smartphone with data connectivity (Android or iOS) for app navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes efficiently.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with dispatch and customers.
