Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Oakland area efficiently and safely.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and handling deliveries with care.
- Inspect delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is clean and in good working order.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update the tracking system in real-time.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Collect payments or proof of delivery signatures when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone access for navigation and logging.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
