Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and goods to commercial and residential addresses within El Paso city limits
- Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain required signatures from recipients
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Communicate delivery status updates via GPS tracking system and mobile app
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong time management skills to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic knowledge of El Paso geography and traffic patterns
- Availability to work 8 PM - 4 AM shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
- Proficient with smartphone navigation and delivery tracking apps
