Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Dallas in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure delivery environment.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues with a smile.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Utilize our mobile app to manage delivery logs, route planning, and customer notifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (SUV, Van, or Box Truck depending on role) with valid insurance.
- Proficiency with smartphone devices and navigation apps.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
