Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes across the Northeast region
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining impeccable safety records
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Accurately maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Represent Empire Freight Solutions with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Flexibility for occasional weekend and overnight assignments
