Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Chula Vista using personal vehicle
- Utilize mobile app for real-time route optimization, delivery tracking, and customer communication
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and report any issues or damages promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Manage inventory and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid auto insurance ($100k coverage minimum)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet connection
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tips
