Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites and hauling routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for load securement and unloading
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and schedule adherence
- Support site-specific operations including material spreading and grading
- Participate in regular equipment training and safety certifications
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI violations in past 5 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with Honolulu traffic patterns and island geography
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
