Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for multi-stop regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan and optimize daily delivery schedules using remote dispatch tools
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch teams
- Handle freight documentation and verify delivery confirmations
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all local/state regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficient with electronic logging devices and route navigation apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Familiarity with South Texas highways and delivery zones preferred
