Your Mission:
As a Delivery Driver, you will represent our brand with a smile. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing your delivery route.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and organize packages accurately to ensure 100% delivery accuracy.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Log delivery details accurately in the company’s mobile application or handheld device.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately when applicable.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use a smartphone app for navigation and logging.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings if required.
- Proof of auto insurance and a valid Social Security Number.
