Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated addresses in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Obtain digital signatures and verify delivery details using handheld devices.
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Unload packages and organize delivery routes for the next day.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Charlotte, NC area and traffic patterns.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with delivery management apps (e.g., Onfleet, Route4Me).
- Reliable communication skills (cell phone required).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
