Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles safely and efficiently along designated routes.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
- Interact professionally with customers, taking orders and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and daily inspection reports.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for documentation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
