Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely delivery of goods throughout Omaha metro area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation while adhering to delivery schedules
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and route interactions
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Omaha metro area and Nebraska roadways
- Pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication abilities with diverse clientele
- Basic proficiency in delivery tracking systems and mobile devices
