Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise onto the delivery van.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Interact professionally with clients and resolve any delivery issues.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of New York City streets and delivery zones.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
