Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for client transport and package deliveries across the Austin metro area
- Maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions and delivery confirmations
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading of packages using proper lifting techniques
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain GPS tracking compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience with commercial vehicles
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Austin metropolitan area and surrounding highways
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds consistently
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery apps
