Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver/pickup goods across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and verify shipment documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for efficiency using GPS navigation systems
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B) required
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient with mobile navigation apps and delivery tracking
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
