Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial Class B delivery vehicle on local and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients and drivers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo CDL Class B training if currently unlicensed.
