Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles over assigned routes in a professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or hand jacks, ensuring securement and proper handling.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and electronic dispatch records at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shippers and receivers at delivery points.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Clean Class A CDL Driver’s License required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical on file.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
