Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to designated routes in and around Minneapolis, MN.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling billing inquiries and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (DOT compliant) and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate any delays or issues to dispatch immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (depending on vehicle size).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no recent major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic proficiency with handheld delivery devices or tablets.
