Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents safely and efficiently to designated addresses throughout Phoenix, AZ, ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition and safe for operation.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions, handling complaints with patience, and ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, mileage, and vehicle condition in the mobile tracking system.
- Load and unload cargo securely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage and injury.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and DOT regulations at all times.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and free of debris during and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Proof of insurance and a reliable personal vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CDL is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate the Phoenix metro area efficiently using GPS and maps.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide top-tier customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
