Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles safely and efficiently across the Atlanta metro area and surrounding regions.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo using proper handling techniques to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating effectively with clients.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks to ensure fleet compliance and safety.
- Follow strict route plans and time schedules to meet delivery deadlines without exception.
- Handle documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts, accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Clean Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (Tanker/Hazmat preferred but not required).
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of local Atlanta traffic patterns and geography.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
