Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses throughout Austin, TX.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every delivery stop.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Utilize handheld devices to accurately record delivery status and customer signatures.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and delivery applications.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English language proficiency for clear communication with dispatch and customers.
