Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Greater Philadelphia area.
- Ensure the safe handling and timely arrival of all cargo.
- Interact professionally with customers, managing deliveries and answering inquiries.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status and logs using our mobile dispatch system.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Reliable personal vehicle (required) or access to a company van.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficient with smartphones and navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze).
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills.
