Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in and around San Antonio.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for and protected during transit.
- Verify and record delivery information accurately using company handheld devices.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure journey for you and the cargo.
- Manage your own route schedule effectively to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- A valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- A clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial driving or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks on-site.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Reliable personal vehicle for local travel to the depot (if applicable).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
