Responsibilities
- Efficient Delivery: Safely and timely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across NYC.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Vehicle Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times.
- Route Management: Follow designated delivery routes and adhere to time schedules.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Documentation: Accurately handle package documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable vehicle (or willing to use ours) with valid insurance.
- Technology: Proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and logging.
- Physical: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Ability to work in all weather conditions and varying shifts.
