Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated addresses in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are made according to schedule and route plans.
- Practice excellent customer service by handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues; report maintenance needs promptly.
- Prepare and organize delivery manifests and paperwork accurately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and for extended hours if necessary.
