Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and parcels to designated addresses.
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to strict time windows and route schedules.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are delivered in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and mileage using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
- Ability to navigate effectively using GPS and mapping software.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
