Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial destinations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record at all times.
- Practice proper loading and unloading techniques to prevent package damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and handling inquiries professionally.
- Complete daily delivery logs, mileage reports, and paperwork accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and map applications to ensure timely arrivals.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and reporting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse neighborhoods.
