Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents to designated drop-off locations in the El Paso area.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain electronic signatures or proof of delivery for all shipments.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Navigate complex routes and traffic patterns to ensure timely deliveries.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system in real-time.
- Handle cash or card transactions for drop-off fees where applicable.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
