Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and supplies on designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and route adjustments
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize routes for efficiency while meeting strict delivery time windows
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic digital tracking systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills for route challenges
- Pass background check and drug screening as per DOT requirements
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
