Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver time-sensitive packages and documents across Wichita metro
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Handle special deliveries requiring additional care or security protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Strong knowledge of Wichita streets and surrounding areas
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or early morning shifts
