Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate digital delivery logs.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving delivery concerns professionally.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS technology and strictly adhere to all traffic laws.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use a company vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and accessing apps.
