Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and parcels to residential and commercial addresses.
- Interact professionally with customers, verifying delivery details and obtaining signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and paperwork daily.
- Resolve minor delivery issues and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a valid state driver’s license.
- Achieve a satisfactory driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
