Responsibilities
- Safely transport high-value documents and packages across Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
- Maintain real-time GPS tracking and delivery status updates via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during on-site deliveries and pickups
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain meticulous logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Assist with specialized temperature-controlled deliveries when required
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial driving experience preferred (non-CDL acceptable)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
