Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents safely to designated addresses in Fresno and surrounding areas.
- Ensure timely delivery while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, answering questions and resolving issues on the spot.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Utilize handheld devices to scan packages and update delivery status in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Reliable communication skills (text/call availability).
