Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify addresses and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues on-site.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or road hazards immediately.
- Load and unload packages safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of the Kansas City, MO area, including back roads.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
