Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Mesa and surrounding areas.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when necessary to ensure proof of delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Handle packages with extreme care to prevent damage during transit.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues on the spot.
- Update delivery status and logs in the company’s tracking system accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with GPS navigation apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
