Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently across the United States.
- Inspect vehicle for mechanical issues and safety compliance before and after each shift.
- Load and unload cargo accurately, ensuring all freight is secure.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old (for interstate driving) or 18 years old (for intrastate).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo training for those with no prior driving experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform pre-trip inspections.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
