Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Safely transport packages to customer destinations within designated timeframes.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally.
- Route Management: Utilize company GPS technology to optimize delivery routes and minimize fuel consumption.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and daily activity reports.
- Safe Loading: Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Age Requirement: At least 21 years old.
- Smartphone: Must have a smartphone compatible with our delivery app for GPS navigation.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background screening process.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle (if required) or access to a company vehicle.
