Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to maintain product integrity.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or handwritten signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch centers and customers regarding delivery updates.
- Complete daily logs and update tracking information accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery apps.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
