Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete accurate trip documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with School Bus endorsement
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Child CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist students with mobility needs
