Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently to their requested destinations in Tucson and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets our safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow all local traffic laws and traffic signs to ensure passenger safety.
- Use the mobile driver application to navigate routes, receive ride requests, and process payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, punctual, and helpful to every passenger.
- Adhere to company policies regarding fare structure, cancellations, and driver conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable vehicle (4-door car, SUV, or van) that is in good working condition and properly insured.
- Current vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
- Smartphone with a data plan (iOS or Android) to access the driver app.
- Pass a background check (criminal and driving history).
- Ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with passengers.
