Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and courteous rides to passengers in the Raleigh area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Utilize the mobile app to accept rides, navigate routes, and manage payments efficiently.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained before and after each shift.
- Offer exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage or directions when necessary.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and submit required paperwork on time.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Access to a reliable, registered 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer preferred).
- Current auto insurance, registration, and valid tags.
