Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and testing facilities.
- Maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive items using insulated containers and thermal packs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while driving.
- Utilize mobile apps to update delivery status and log proof of delivery in real-time.
- Handle packages with extreme care to ensure no damage or contamination occurs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to medical staff and patients.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
