- Safely transport medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and lab materials to clinics, labs, and hospitals
- Maintain strict temperature control for sensitive materials using specialized equipment
- Document delivery status and maintain detailed electronic logs
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and biohazard safety protocols
- Coordinate with medical staff for time-sensitive pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical certification preferred
- Experience with temperature-controlled transport a plus
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
