Responsibilities
- Securely transport medical specimens, organs, and pharmaceuticals using temperature-controlled vehicles
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols and HIPAA compliance documentation
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and labs for timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure optimal operating conditions
- Utilize GPS tracking systems for real-time route optimization and delivery confirmation
- Respond to urgent medical transport requests with immediate dispatch capabilities
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Certification in medical transport or hazardous materials handling preferred
